Shipping Policy
Our goal is to get your order out as soon as possible, period. Depending on the volume of orders, time of year, (or life) the average time from purchase to mailing is 3 days or less. If you need your order mailed next day, that is available for a small fee.
Return & Exchange Policy
While we have 100% confidence in the quality and performance of our products sometimes a return or exchange is needed. We understand that and will completely work with you to remedy the situation. If an exchange is needed, great. If a product was ordered by accident and you need a refund, no problem.

Policy:
If an order has been placed, but not sent, a 100% refund will be processed immediately.
If an order has been mailed and then the request for a refund is received we must receive the product back unused and in its original packaging. Once we have received the product a 100% refund will be processed minus the original shipping cost.
